From Hiedra and Río Coca streets, this Wednesday morning at 07:30, a tragic incident was reported to the 9-1-1 emergency service where a person was run over by an interparish bus from the Flota Pichincha Cooperative, which was covering the Carapungo – Cumbayá route.
