PERSONS OF THE MASSACRE IN AMAMBAY PRESENTED AS AGENTS OF THE SENAD TO PERPETRATE THE CRIME « Cde News

CORRO CORÁ. (special envoy) Commissioner Ignacio Muñoz, head of the Amambay Police Directorate, confirmed the murder of six people that occurred in an establishment in the Guavirá neighborhood. Regarding the alleged perpetrators, according to data collected, he indicated that they posed as Senad agents to perpetrate the crime.

Regarding the deceased, he indicated that they would be officials of the establishment who are dedicated to carrying out various domestic jobs on the premises. It is owned by Marciano Denis.

There are also female officials, who were locked by the attackers in a room, while they executed the six men, hearing the shots after approximately thirty minutes.

Among the deceased, one of them works as a mechanic and had gone to the place to do work related to his trade. This is Carlos César Ramoa, currently residing in Romero Cue, according to what the sister said in a talk for Imperio FM.

The criminals carried firearms and the background of this six-fold murder is unknown. Interveners are already on site for the rigorous procedures.

Due to the way in which the bodies of the six executed people were found, in a row and face down, everything suggests that they believed that they were actually Senad agents as they had announced when they got them out of bed and take them to the patio where they were shot 6 to 8 times with a firearm in the head, neck and back.

This hypothesis makes even more sense because of what happened with the mechanic, Carlos Cesar Ramoa Sánchez, who sent an audio message to the owner of the establishment informing him that the “police” had raided the place. In the same way, it is noted that the other five did not resist and obeyed the order to lie face down on the floor, as the police usually do when there are detainees during a raid, only this time, since they were murderers, they ended up being executed without even being able to react.

The six victims were identified as:

Carlos César Ramoa Espinola. (Mechanic)

Freddie Gabriel Towers Pavilion

Alejandro Cabañas Lezcano. (Tractor Operator)

Cesar Javier Fleitas Valiente (Indigenous.)

Reinaldo Franco Sánchez. (Airplane pilot)

Javier Pavón González.

To carry out such a horrendous crime, the murderers, who numbered between 10 and 12, used 5.56 and 9mm caliber firearms.

Although it is unknown what the motive for the multiple murder could have been, one of the hypotheses could have been robbery, since the false agents were supposedly looking for money, since it could be seen that the house was searched from end to end.

On the other hand, Marciano Denis, owner of the establishment, confirmed to the interveners that the murderers brought firearms, some collectibles, and a small amount of cash. Likewise, he said he presumed that they had the information that a large sum of money had been deposited in the place after which they came.

Regarding the murder of workers at the establishment, Denis said he suspected that they were cowardly executed for having recognized more than one of the criminals, since they are country men.

The only two witnesses to the massacre are two women who were locked up by the criminals in a room from where they could only hear the shots.
