PIACENZA A 27-year-old man was arrested at dawn by the police in Piacenza. Police cars blocked him while he was raping a woman in the middle of the road. The victim is a 55-year-old Ukrainian who around 6am she was walking alone in the historic center of the Emilian city when she was attacked and thrown to the ground on the sidewalk by the young man who began to rape her.
