Especially when it is a pie-cake according to the recipe of Lilia Tsvit, a well-known popularizer of Galician delicacies.
This time she showed how to prepare a cake with the musical name “Mozart” for coffee.

Ingredients (for a 25×25 cm form)
Chocolate cake
flour – 330 g cocoa – 60 g baking powder – 15 g eggs – 6 pcs. sugar – 220 g vanilla sugar – 10 g salt – 1/3 tsp. milk – 150 ml refined oil – 75 ml butter – 75 ml
Nut cake
proteins – 5 pcs. walnuts – 230 g sugar – 85 g corn starch – 30 g flour – 30 g baking powder – 7 g
Cream
egg yolks – 5 pcs. milk 850 ml sugar – 100 g vanilla sugar – 10 g salt – 1/3 tsp. corn starch – 80 g butter – 200 g nut paste (Nutella type) – 200 g cherries in their own juice – 250 g.
Preparation
The base chocolate cake is baked for 45 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees, and the nut cake is baked for 50 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.
Divide the cream into 2 parts – 1/3 and ¼. Add chocolate crumbs to the last one.
Place the canned cherries on the third layer of the cake and cover with cream with crumbs. Cover with a top and let it infuse for 12 hours.
Finally, pour chocolate fondant on top of the cake.
And those who prefer an orange flavor rather than a cherry flavor can use another recipe for the Lviv cake – “Chocolate-Orange”.
