Electronic Science – Abdul Qadir Khawlani

Within the framework of the program drawn up by the Martil community in preparation for the summer season of 2024, the parliamentary representative for the M’diq Fnideq district/first vice president of the Martil community council, Mohamed Larbi Al-Murabit, supervised on Saturday, April 13, accompanied by the head of the Public Works Department, the head of the Public Lighting Office and technicians. And the workers of the public lighting office in the community of Martil, on the actual start of the maintenance work of the public lighting network on the Cabo Negro road, starting from the Cape Black district to the Meridiana district, in addition to the start of the maintenance work of the public lighting network on the city’s corniche, and it will also include the maintenance interventions included in the work program for the reception. This year’s summer season, the rest of the popular neighborhoods and all the main axes of the city.

It should be noted that the group has replaced public lighting with LED lighting on both Tetouan Street and Ibn Sina Street, in the hope of completing the replacement of the rest of the city’s axes with this type of lighting.

Note that the Fnideq-Martil M’diq Prefecture Council had previously voted during its extraordinary session on a group of important projects that primarily concern the residents of the Martil community, including: a project to expand and strengthen the network for reusing treated water from the Tamuda Bay station to water green spaces in Martil, which is a project that will last for a period of time. Its implementation will take 8 months, and the Martil community will contribute 70 million centimes to it over two years, in order to avoid watering green spaces with potable water in light of the water crisis that we are currently suffering from, in addition to the Martil community contributing 200 million centimes from its budget to a project to repair and prepare some alleys and streets. In a number of under-equipped neighborhoods (Wadi Al Maleh, Ahriq, Al Diza, Agras, Al Rmeilat, Al Suwani and Umm Kulthum).

This project will also benefit the M’diq and Fnideq communities, which in turn will contribute 200 million centimes, like the Martil community, in addition to the labor council’s contribution of 400 million centimes and the regional council’s contribution of one billion centimes, as the total cost of the project will reach 2 billion centimes.

Since this amount is not sufficient to develop these three cities (Martil, M’diq, and Fnideq) that make up the region, unlike the rest of the regions of the region, the Martil community will be forced to search for other partnerships in order to complete the repair and development of the remaining under-equipped neighborhoods on the community’s soil.

We are waiting for a number of other development projects to be referred to the members of the Martil Community Council for discussion and approval at the nearest session that the Community Council can hold, which mainly concerns the creation of a reception center project in the Martil Community on an area of 1,400 square meters near the municipal stadium, in cooperation with the Ministry. Youth, Culture and Communication “Youth Sector”, the total cost of the project will amount to one billion and 375 million centimes, contributed by the Ministry of Youth and Culture, while the Martil community will have to connect the center after its completion to the water, electricity and sanitation network and provide security, in addition to the project to expand a rescue center affiliated with the General Directorate of Civil Protection. In the Mixta neighborhood, where the Martil community contributes 140 million centimes from its budget, with the aim of enabling the center to carry out the tasks assigned to it and protect citizens from accidents.
