From the second half of 2021, the implementation of projects with large investments will be very marked to drag the Italian economy towards the growth rates forecast by the OECD, ECB, Bank of Italy. But there is not only the much-cited Recovery plan, there are also those who have maintained a strong planning capacity even in this phase of economic compression and have taken the opportunity to set up a recovery with innovative characteristics. The main contracting station in Italy was Fs, but, proportionally, other large infrastructure groups also did well. And they intend to continue along this line. They have some strengths, among which the first is the ability to plan and implement even very significant interventions with much greater speed and effectiveness than, for example, those of local administrations. Now their programming is intertwined with that of the Recovery plan, almost being carried away, to integrate with the infrastructural transformation expected by the new enormous public investments.
