Region, the municipalities “breathe”: almost 75 million on the way

Another 74.7 million euros is arriving in the coffers of the 390 Sicilian municipalities, the fourth quarterly that completes the regional transfers to local authorities for the year 2020. Following the definitive allocation of the total sum of 293,980,800.74 euros, it will be assigned and liquidated in favor of the municipalities of the island, this last tranche which includes the reserve of 2 million for the rebalancing of allocations to municipalities with a population of more than 5,000 inhabitants.

This is the provisions of the decree signed by the councilor for local autonomies and the civil service, Marco Zambuto, and by the councilor for the economy, Gaetano Armao.
