TREVISO. Persecutory acts and illicit dissemination of sexually explicit images and videos. A 38-year-old from Treviso, who had entered into an extramarital relationship with his brother-in-law’s wife, was indicted for the two crimes also known in their English version of stalking and revenge porn. The two had had a clandestine relationship for months, unbeknownst to their respective spouses, who were among other things brother and sister.
However, when she tried to sever all ties with him, retaliation made of harassment and threats to spread hot photos and videos shot by two protagonists of the affair during intimate relationships would be triggered. The facts would go on for months, between January and October of 2020 when the woman presented herself to the police to denounce the 38-year-old.
Now for the man (defended by the lawyer Remo Lot) it appears a process that will begin in April next year. Yesterday he was, in fact, sent for trial.
