She pretended vaccinations, doctor denounced – La Stampa

COMO. A doctor on duty at the vaccination hub of Lurate Caccivio (Como), was reported to the Public Prosecutor’s Office because she pretended to vaccinate some patients without injecting them with the serum, but making them be vaccinated and getting them the Green pass. The complaint came from the medical cooperative that deals with the management of the hub and the vaccination administration: from what was learned the doctor, a stranger to the cooperative, had proposed to vaccinate a group of fragile patients she followed, who came from different parts of Lombardy.
Having obtained the clearance from Ats Insubria and the necessary credentials, the doctor presented himself with a list of about twenty people to be vaccinated. This afternoon she should have administered second doses, but her attitude made her colleagues suspicious, who observed her and asked for the intervention of the carabinieri, who stopped her activity. In practice, the doctor pretended to make the vaccine by injecting the dose, already in the vial, into cotton wool. When the doctor in charge of the cooperative then took the place of the doctor to continue the vaccinations, the booked patients moved away. The suspicion is that behind there was an organization aimed at fraudulently obtaining the Green Pass: it will be the investigations now to clarify whether the suspicion is founded.
