Siemens: Only a few thalers to the record level

For the second quarter, Siemens reported an increase in sales of 14 percent to EUR 19.4 billion, after-tax profit almost tripled to EUR 3.55 billion. As a result, earnings per share increased from EUR 1.29 to EUR 4.39. This exceeded analysts’ expectations. The annual forecast was also screwed up a bit, Siemens is forecasting sales growth of 7 to 7 instead
