Will the world record attempt with 70 floating model balloons in the Blooming Baroque in Ludwigsburg succeed? The first attempt at the three-day event at the start of the season was difficult.
The season of the Blooming Baroque (Blüba) in Ludwigsburg began on Friday with a world record attempt. During balloon flowering, more than 70 model balloons should float above the ground. However, cloudy skies and light gusts of wind emerged in the afternoon. The hopes of picturesque pictures in the dark evening hours with the illuminated, eight-meter-high balloons dwindled. Ultimately, however, it was possible to float the necessary number of hot air balloons a few meters above the ground.
