Suicide trapper in prison, trial for mistreatment postponed – News

The hearing which should have opened this afternoon in the Court of Pavia in the case of the mistreatment suffered in the Torre del Gallo prison by Jordan Tinti, the trapper known as Jordan Jeffrey Baby, has been postponed. Jordan committed suicide last Tuesday, March 12, in a cell in the Pavia penitentiary institute.

Accused for the alleged mistreatment is Gianmarco Fagà, another trapper known as Traffik and as Jordan convicted in the first instance in Monza for robbery aggravated by racial hatred (a charge reclassified as private violence on appeal). The trial was postponed until April 12th due to the legitimate impediment of one of the lawyers. During the next hearing, Jordan’s father will take over from his son as a civil party.

Regarding the investigation launched by the Pavia Prosecutor’s Office to clarify the suicide of the young 26-year-old trapper, the lawyer Federico Edoardo Pisani, the lawyer representing Jordan’s father, underlined that “at the moment the hypothesis of a crime is manslaughter, but only from the developments of the investigation will it be possible to clarify Jordan’s death.”
