On the subject of applications for housing at a sustainable rent and applications for supplementary contributions in favor of families rented on the free market, the Civil First Section, considering the relevance and not manifest unfoundedness of the issue, referred the documents to the Constitutional Court for the purpose to evaluate the constitutional legitimacy of the art. 5, paragraph 2-bis, of the law of the Autonomous Province of Trento 7 November 2005, n. 15, and art. 3, paragraph 2-bis, of the law of the Autonomous Province of Trento 7 November 2005, n. 15, in reference to the articles. 3 and 117, paragraphs 1 and 5, Constitution.
