According to the website of the Liaoning Provincial Health Commission of the Communist Party of China, on November 10, 21 new local confirmed cases and 16 new local asymptomatic infections in Liaoning Province were reported by Dalian City. On November 11, Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine issued an announcement on its WeChat public account stating that the confirmed patient had been in the gynecological clinic of the Dongcheng District of the hospital on the morning of the 8th. Since November 11, the Dongcheng District and International Department of Dongzhimen Hospital will be temporarily suspended. The specific opening time will be notified separately.
On November 10, there were 13 newly confirmed local cases in Henan Province and 5 new local asymptomatic infections (3 cases in Zhengzhou City and 2 cases in Zhoukou City).
