Anshan City Holds First Party Discipline Study and Education Meeting
On the 23rd, the first reading class of the Municipal Party Committee Party Discipline Study and Education and the Study Meeting of the Municipal Party Committee Theoretical Study Center Group were held in Anshan City. The purpose of the meeting was to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on the Party’s self-revolution.
Municipal Party Committee Secretary Wang Zhongkun presided over the meeting and delivered a speech, emphasizing the importance of party discipline study and education in safeguarding party unity and ensuring the implementation of orders and prohibitions. The meeting was attended by key leaders such as Deputy Secretary Wu Kaihua, Director Sun Huifang, and Chairman Yan Jiajun.
During the meeting, leading comrades conducted personal self-study around the newly revised “Regulations on Disciplinary Punishments of the Communist Party of China”, with guidance provided by Yu Wenfeng, Secretary of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection.
Wang Zhongkun highlighted the significance of studying and implementing the “Regulations” in promoting comprehensive and strict party governance. He emphasized the need to strictly enforce political disciplines and rules, strengthen management and supervision, encourage cadres to take on responsibilities, and promote a correct view of political performance.
Organizational leadership was also emphasized to ensure effective results in party discipline learning and education. Leaders at all levels were encouraged to take the lead in personal self-study and guidance, while party committees at all levels were urged to shoulder their responsibilities and practical duties.
