The joke of the Algerian “milk powder” farm project, which is fictitious, imaginary and impossible to achieve

Regardless of what Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune said about milk production, he did not express it well, and we consider that what he wanted to say was milk farms, that is, farms for raising dairy cows with the aim of producing and manufacturing milk and its derivatives on huge areas of up to 100,000 hectares.
These “continent” farms are supposed to host 7,000,000 dairy cows (70 cows per hectare, according to specialists in cattle breeding), and if the price of one dairy cow is 5,000 euros, the total amount of money for seven million cows is 35 billion euros.

These cows need 400,000 tons of feed per day (40 tons for 70 cows per day, i.e. an average of 500 kg per dairy cow). Add a lake of drinking water, hygiene, and the needs of resident employees, knowing that a dairy cow consumes from 100 to 150 liters of water per day, i.e. more than 1000000000. (One billion) liters per day (this is the amount of water that will be desalinated from the Mediterranean Sea) (The Olympic swimming pool is 50 meters long, 25 meters wide, and 3 meters deep, so the volume of its water is 50 x 25 x 3 = 3750 cubic meters = 3.75 One million liters.) Which is equivalent to the amount of water in 250 Olympic swimming pools per day, without talking about the amount of water allocated for cleaning, washing, and maintenance… in a dry desert area.
These farms and pastures need 95,000 heavy-caliber trucks, daily, to transport this fodder from a coastal city to Adrar, the desert region, more than 1,000 kilometers away.
To keep up with this number of dairy cows, it is necessary to establish special pharmacies for animal medicines and a special pharmacy for employees working on farms, pastures, and departments.
These farms and pastures also require laboratories and factories to receive millions of liters of milk, how to sterilize it, package it, and turn it into powder, process the milk, extract butter and cheese, and manufacture yawort and its derivatives…
The project requires 37,000 employees, including administrators, veterinarians, assistants, technicians, cleaning staff, guards…, which requires the construction of housing units with the number of employees, veterinarians, and users that may be equivalent to building a medium-sized city with security from police, gendarmerie, and civil defense…
What about the fate of the cows when they reach a certain age and go to the slaughterhouses? Are there slaughterhouses and are there cooling houses and freezers to preserve and examine the meat and how to transport it to the markets…..???
France, a rich, industrialized, developed and pioneering country in this field, with a population twice that of Algeria, has a herd of 3.5 million dairy cows distributed on pastures designated for raising dairy cows.

On the other hand, one does not understand the resort of Algeria, the continent and the striking force that is like China to Africa as China is to the world, in the words of Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, to the State of Qatar, which is less than an Algerian city in area and population, and which has five and six years’ experience in building… Farms and pastures to raise dairy cows to produce milk, to invest in these projects and teach them how to produce milk and provide this complete food for 45 million failed, lazy and helpless Algerians who are unable to secure their bread and milk…..
