MEOLO. Pool party, about twenty guys feel bad. It was supposed to be a summer party in the light of shooting stars, the one at the Ancora Sport Hotel in Losson della Battaglia, a hamlet of Meolo, on the border with Monastier, but it ended up in the emergency room in Treviso.
At least twenty very young people, around 10 pm last night, were taken to the Treviso hospital because they were not well.
It seems that while they were in the pool, they started coughing and feeling sick.
The hotel explains that these are boys between 14 and 15 years old, who after having dinner, given the heat, asked to be able to swim in the outdoor pool.
But between dives, they started coughing and complaining of respiratory problems, and they got worried.
“They probably breathed in chlorine, in the evening there may have been a higher concentration and they sore their throats.” It was the same hotel that called 118, which arrived with two ambulances from Treviso.
