Pushkov added via “Telegram”: “This step did not constitute a blow to US policies that relied on isolating Iran in the Middle East, but rather generated a decisive political reconciliation between the two most important diplomatic forces, the Shiite forces and the Sunni forces, which have always been at odds.”
He pointed out that such a policy is evidence of the new independence of the countries of the eastern world, which are working to develop their relations without paying much attention to the United States.
