There are already 15 people who have died in Yopal so far this year in traffic accidents – news

A motorcyclist lost his life and two others were seriously injured in the collision of two motorcycles on Saturday night, in the Marginal del Llano in the section between La Yopalosa and La Chaparrera, on the Yopal – Pore road.

According to the official report, the events occurred around 9:30 pm in the aforementioned section that is the jurisdiction of the municipality of Nunchía. Apparently, the two motorcycles were moving in the same direction towards Yopal, when the accident occurred, however, the authorities indicated that the motorcycles were moved from the accident site.

The fatal victim, identified as Jarol Robinson Ramírez, 49 years old, was traveling on a black AKT 150 motorcycle with license plate OLF94A, who, presenting severe craniocephalic trauma and closed chest trauma, was transferred to the Orinoquia Regional Hospital in Yopal, from where he was reported his death due to the severity of his injuries.

The two injured people were traveling on a red Bajaj Platino line motorcycle, plate GTS77B. In this vehicle were Abisaid Moisés Evia Garcia as the driver, a Venezuelan national, who presents moderate head trauma, closed chest trauma and lacerations in different parts of the body. Joel Yamid Ramírez Barrera, 33, who suffered moderate head trauma, was traveling in the same way. Both were transferred to the Casanare Clinic.

The authorities are trying to establish how the events occurred, since the vehicles were moved from the scene by relatives of some of those involved in the accident.
