Yesterday, strong winds and cooling weather affected Huanghuai and other areas in Northeast China and North China. Additionally, heavy fog was reported in Guangxi, Guizhou, and other places this morning.
Starting from the 15th, a large-scale rain and snow weather process is anticipated in the central and eastern regions of China. This is aimed at preventing the impact of disasters such as heavy snow, low-temperature rain, snow, and freezing on transportation, urban operations, energy supply, and power communication facilities.

January 15 to January 16: Parts of northern Xinjiang, eastern Tibet, eastern Gansu, Shaanxi, central and southern Shanxi, Henan, western Shandong, and northern Anhui are expected to experience light to moderate snow or sleet, with heavy snow and local blizzard in some areas. There is also the possibility of local freezing rain in southern Shaanxi and northwestern Hubei.
January 16 to January 17: Light to moderate snow or sleet is forecasted for various regions, including northern Xinjiang, central and southern Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Shanxi, southern Hebei, western and northern Henan, eastern Shandong, northwest Hubei, and others. Parts of eastern Southwest China, southern Huanghuai, Jianghan, Jianghuai, western Jiangnan, Yunnan, and other areas are expected to experience light to moderate rains.
January 17 to January 18: The weather event will continue to affect areas along the Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang, south-central areas of Inner Mongolia, southern Tibet, southern Qinghai, southern Gansu, southern Liaoning, northern Shandong, southern Shaanxi, western Henan, and northwestern Yunnan with light to moderate snow or sleet.
