• Entry of an Armed Force ship into the San Juan River to guarantee river safety and protection of riverside communities.

Finally, the Departmental Government called for respect for the Human Rights of Chocoans and the guarantee of free mobility of the populations. In addition, he urged compliance with the bilateral cessation and the total peace policy.

“We ask the armed groups to fulfill their commitments, and above all to comply with the obligation to respect the norms of International Humanitarian Law and show real signs of a commitment to peace with the Chocoans,” said the Secretary of the Interior of the Department.
