Two Men Rob Convenience Store in East El Paso
Security cameras at a convenience store in east El Paso captured two individuals committing a robbery, and now the El Paso Crime Stoppers and the El Paso Police Department are seeking the help of the community to identify the culprits through the “Crime of the Week” program.
The incident occurred on Monday, December 11, 2023, at 3:53 am, when two men entered the Circle K store located at 3291 N. Zaragoza. The suspects were seen walking through the store and selecting a variety of items, including alcoholic beverages. When the store employee refused to sell them the alcohol, they left the store. However, one of the men returned to the store moments later, threatened to have a gun, and then proceeded to grab five mini bottles of Fireball malt liquor, a cinnamon-scented whiskey, before fleeing the scene. The suspects were last seen driving away in a dark-colored 4-door Chevrolet.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about the identity of these robbers to come forward and call Crime Stoppers of El Paso immediately at 566-8477(TIPS) or report their information online at www.cselpaso.org. Callers will remain anonymous, and those whose information leads to an arrest may qualify for a cash reward.
