«The reasoning from which we started was to foresee a perimeter that contemplates the entire city, not just the center. The Duc, in general, refer to a district, while the widespread district is the one that embraces several municipalities – points out Ghirmu -. Rivarolo does not have a strong identity like Ivrea (by the way, congratulations for the first place), which is its Carnival, but it has a first-rate agricultural reality, and for this we have thought of producers, breeders, artisans, introducing a wider territorial discourse that would make a dialogue between the different subjects.
