It ended as feared, with a few hundred demonstrators who at the end of the procession tried to force the cordon with which the police and carabinieri had armored, on the orders of the prefect, piazza Unità d’Italia. The array of agents moved from Piazza Unità d’Italia to push the demonstrators away, pushing them back to Piazza della Borsa by loading and using batons.
