Vereshchuk to politicians and public figures, ‘do not be hysterical’
(ANSA) – ROME, APRIL 10 – “Perhaps this war will be longer and more difficult than we would like. So we need to prepare society for courage, resilience and resistance”. This was stated by the Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister, Iryna Vereshchuk, quoted by the UNIAN agency, inviting politicians and public figures of the country to “not be hysterical” in their interventions on social media.
Now, the Deputy Prime Minister said, there is no internal political debate in the country, because “the nation is one, we are at war”.
“Unfortunately – he adds – some of you, accidentally or to cause a stir, sow hysteria and other unproductive and harmful emotions. I must ask you to take responsibility for your social influence during the war.
So don’t be hysterical on social networks. We need peace, courage, resilience and endurance. So we will win! “.
