Monday April 15, 2024, day 3 of the electoral campaign for the double vote on April 29. In Bassar, the candidates, UNIR (Union for the Republic), the ruling majority, continued to mobilize voters and populations for a useful vote. And a useful vote for them is that of their UNIR party. In the 03 communes of the Bassar prefecture, Yawanké Waké Gbati, Bonfoh Loukman, Tchaboré Hatimi, Ouadja Binantifam, Gnandi Kondi, Gaffo Yélé circulated in the neighborhoods in order to talk to the populations about the values ​​which characterize the UNIR party and especially the interest in voting for the party.

« The vote of April 29 is a vote of recognition, a vote which will allow us to continue to guarantee peace, stability and living together. A vote to allow the President of the Republic, His Excellency Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé to continue to roll out his program for our valiant farmers who have experienced a notable change in their activities with the introduction of FOPAT, for teachers with the valorization of their work of teaching characterized by the improvement of their living and working conditions, for students with the multiplication of training centers which guarantee a better tomorrow after leaving university, etc. », said Yawanké Waké Gbati, head of the UNIR list for the legislative elections in Bassar.

The other speakers, namely Tchaboré Hatimi, Bonfoh Loukman, Gaffo Yélé, Ouadja Binantifam, in turn invited the populations to make sure to have their voter card and to have it on “J” day.

« You are our support, the President of the Republic, His Excellency Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé knows that he can count on you at any time and anywhere. We must prove to the Head of State that he can indeed count on us by coming out massively on April 29 to vote UNITE. Nothing should stop us from doing so. The Head of State said and you have all heard, that for him, no sacrifice is too great, when it comes to fighting for the cause of his population. That’s how much he doesn’t sleep because of us. Let’s help him help us », added Tchaboré Hatimi.

For Bonfoh Loukman, candidate for the regional elections still in Bassar, “ the populations must prove that they are behind His Excellency Faure Essozimana Gnassingbé by going on April 29 to vote UNITE 100% ».
