The mayor of commune 3, Eusebio Urdiales Ariza, reiterated that the insecurity rates, deficiencies in public services and land legalization in the Promised Land invasion will be the focus of his management.

For his part, the mayor of Valledupar, Ernesto Orozco Durán, committed to the councilors to review each problem in the neighborhoods and townships to decentralize the initiatives of the Municipal Administration.
