A «Bernardo Seletto» not yet overcrowded, but still full of colors and noises greeted the 34th edition of the Veglio 4×4 Trophy, the fourth round of the Italian off-road speed championship. A year of stop and the change of date from the traditional September have not affected the passion of the Biella people for this type of competition. Competition that saw the Cup fly beyond local borders and go to one of the most accredited veterans of this sport, the multiple-time champion of Italy Enrico Giudici, an undisputed protagonist also in Veglio. The Varese-born here won in 2009, in 2012 and before this 2021, he won another success in 2014, all embellished with two silver medals. Giudici this year returned to racing a brand new Suzuki Samurai Sl1 proto and the poker that makes it has arrived, from when he resumed racing in 2008 to today at the «Seletto», the most successful rider. Giudici was enough to win the first special stage and then stay inside the first two, three positions, fourth only in the last heat, to be right by Ivan Martorelli, a Martorelli (Quad Polaris Rs1) who went to occupy the same position obtained in 2019 Third came Claudio Esposto who was also driving the most comfortable and manageable quad.
A few too many problems for the Biella crews.
