He put forward four suggestions for this: one is to jointly promote the green and low-carbon transition of energy, deepen cooperation in nuclear power, new energy power generation, smart energy and other fields, and build a green silk road; The R&D and application of clean energy technologies such as carbon, renewable energy, and advanced nuclear energy will solve the problem of energy resource constraints through technological progress.
