BELLUNO. Massaro can be a candidate with In Movimento, but under specific conditions. The mayoral candidate of the center-left coalition, Giuseppe Vignato, opens to the presence of the outgoing mayor on the In Movimento list, but at the same time puts his foot down and dictates precise conditions.

“I inform that last night together with the representatives of the Valore Comune, Belluno D + and PD lists it was decided to accept the candidacy within the InMovimento list of the outgoing mayor Massaro”, Vignato says in a press release, “who will engage with a signed letter, addressed to me as candidate for mayor and which will be publicized in the press conference of their list: to acknowledge that he had long ago declared to me and repeated several times that he would not have been on the list; not to ask for any position for himself within the next administration or in the city council or in council or in investee companies; not to demand any office not even for the directors elected from his list; to recognize to the elected mayor the complete freedom and discretion in defining the council ».
