VOLPIANO.The sentence of the proceedings against Massimo Stella, the 57-year-old caregiver residing in Volpiano who allegedly sexually abused the 91-year-old woman he was taking care of, sick and suffering from Alzheimer’s, was postponed to April 27.
The postponement came during the hearing on Wednesday 9 February before the investigating judge of the Ivrea court, after the defense had requested the possibility of carrying out a psychiatric assessment on the accused.
