Derby matches between Slovan and Trnava are always a big attraction for fans. It is traditionally attended by fans of the visiting club in large numbers.

It was no different now, and several hundred supporters came to Bratislava to cheer the people from Trnava. The difference was that this time they did not travel by public transport, they did not order a special train, as they used to do in the past, nor did they use a classic connection. They organized a car trip, that is, they went in their own cars.

They left them in the detention parking lot on the outskirts of Bratislava near Golden Sands. Not as many people from Trnava came to Zlaté piesky as expected. “There aren’t even three hundred of them,” one of the policemen who was keeping an eye on security on the Golden Sands told us.
