There are many comments, more negative than positive, generated by the location of a beautiful sculpture that represents Santa Marta as the ‘Pearl of America’, with which the district administration wanted to beautify a space located in the roundabout located on Ferrocarril and Fundador avenues (first race); two blocks from the so-called ‘Zone of Tolerance’.
