The decision was made when resolving a Guardianship Action instituted by Muñoz Paredes, considering that the Board of Directors convened an extraordinary session for today (January 12, 2024), where it is considered in points 5 and 7 of the order of the day, the election of an e-director for the Corporation while it is decided in depth what will happen to the incumbent director.
