President Russell M. Nelson and the general presidency of the Relief Society—the president Camille N. Johnson the sister J. Anette Dennis and sister Kristin M. Yee — will speak to women at a worldwide Relief Society meeting on Sunday, March 17, 2024.

The meeting will commemorate the purpose and founding of the Relief Society of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on March 17, 1842. The invitation is extended to all Relief Society sisters and young women turning 18 years in 2024. After the brief introductory messages, sisters will have the opportunity to participate in a local testimony meeting where they can express their faith in Jesus Christ.

Stake or ward Relief Societies are invited to gather for a reflection and testimony meeting on the evening of Sunday, March 17. If travel issues make it difficult to meet in the evening, members may decide to meet in person at another time during the day. It is recommended that leaders livestream the reflection and testimony meeting to those who cannot attend in person. Relief Society sisters can connect globally through social media with the hashtag #JesusChristisRelief.

The short pre-recorded video will be available a few days before the event in the following languages: American Sign Language, Cantonese, Korean, French, Japanese, English, Italian, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and German. Subtitles are available in English on supported devices.
