The “Notice” introduced 8 specific measures, covering 6 types of cultural and tourism market players, including travel agencies, hotels and restaurants above designated size, A-level scenic spots, Internet access service business sites, cultural and entertainment venues, and commercial performance business units. Including the issuance of post-stabilizing subsidies to market players in the cultural and tourism industry; providing financial support such as loan interest discounts and loan guarantee fee subsidies; encouraging tour guides to use online media to promote Xiamen tourism resources and tourism products, and major online platforms to publish original videos based on points A maximum of 20,000 yuan can be rewarded for the number of likes; at the same time, travel agencies and A-level tourist attractions will be given different levels of relief subsidies based on operating income, with a maximum subsidy of 500,000 yuan.
