China News Service, Beijing, November 23 (Qi Chuang Duan Hanhong Ma Shuaisha) In the early morning of November 23, the Long March 4C carrier rocket carrying the Gaofen-3 02 star ignited at the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, and the rocket flew smoothly. After a period of time, the Yuanwang 6 ship, which was on standby in the predetermined waters of the Indian Ocean, accurately captured the target, took over the land and sea measurement and control baton, and successfully completed the measurement and control support for many key actions such as the separation of stars and arrows.
During the measurement and control process, the various systems of the Yuanwang 6 ship tracked stably, obtained complete data, exchanged information with the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center and the Xi’an Satellite Measurement and Control Center in real time, and accurately sent remote control commands from the Xi’an Satellite Measurement and Control Center. After completing the orbital measurement and control task, the scientific and technical personnel immediately started the follow-up data processing work.
According to Xu Rong, the deputy captain of Yuanwang 6, this mission is the annual closing battle of Yuanwang 6, which has left its home port for 98 days since it went to sea in mid-August. In this mission, the entire ship’s scientific and technical personnel completed the scheduled tasks accurately and efficiently, which brought a successful conclusion to the full year of the mission.
It is reported that this year, the Yuanwang 6 ship has been out to sea for nearly 230 days and successfully completed 9 major maritime monitoring and control tasks. (over)
