A family member of the elderly also confirmed to The Epoch Times on the 29th that an outbreak broke out at the Donghai Elderly Care Hospital, and the elderly, nurses and doctors were all diagnosed and died.
The Donghai Aged Care Hospital-certified Weibo account posted on March 25 that the hospital was locked down 13 days ago and COVID-positive cases would be transferred, but did not say when the outbreak began.
Since the Shanghai authorities have so far covered this up, the outside world has no way of knowing how many elderly people died in the nursing home, whether it was eight, a dozen, or more. In addition, the deceased elderly died because of viral infection, other chronic diseases, or both. But one thing is certain, the Shanghai authorities have continued the CCP’s tradition of hiding the truth, and these people are not counted in the official Covid-19 death statistics. This undoubtedly proves that the number of infected people and the death toll announced by the CCP are very unreliable.
In addition to the possibility that the elderly in nursing homes may have died of the virus, several cases of cancer, heart disease, asthma, and uremia have been reported in Shanghai recently, and more patients have deteriorated while waiting for help. So, how many people in mainland China died because of the epidemic? How many people have died from the virus? Consider the US and Hong Kong data.
In 2020, 390,000 people died of the CCP virus in the United States, while the number of virus deaths in mainland China was fixed at 4,634 in May, and from May 17, 2020 to December 31, 2020, the number of infected patients in mainland China remained unchanged. In fact, according to privately disclosed data, the number of deaths from the CCP virus far exceeds the official 4,638. In January last year, Chinese Liu Jiaxin said in an interview with The Epoch Times that his friend who worked in a local crematorium in Wuhan revealed that at the peak of the epidemic, at least 5,000 people died every day in Wuhan, and the number of deaths in one place a day far exceeded that of the CCP. Taking Hong Kong’s death rate of 0.66% compared to Jilin Province, where the epidemic remains high, there should be at least 150 deaths, but so far only two cases have been officially announced. Is Jilin special? Or simply exclude these people and treat them as other diseases?
