Arrests for attempted sabotage at Vuelta

Four people were arrested at the Vuelta for preparing an act of sabotage. Spanish police said they thwarted an attempt by a pro-independence Catalan activist group to pollute a stretch of road on the third stage on Monday with hundreds of liters of an oily liquid. The quartet was arrested and later released with conditions.
