Empoli, 5 November 2021 – TheEmpoli hosts the Genoa for the first advance of the 12th matchday of Serie A. The Griffin takes the lead on a penalty with Criscito at 13 ‘and the Tuscans overturn it in the second half: Of Francesco equalized in the 62nd minute on an assist by Zurkowski, then it is the Pole himself who scores the 2-1 in the 72nd minute. Second half
Empoli overturns the game with the new entry Zurkowski. At 62 ‘the Pole serves the assist which leads to the equalizer of By Francesco, primed with an excellent low shot from the left; at 72 ‘the same Zurkowski takes the ball on the trocar, points the tip and unloads a great conclusion from the outside that beats Sirigu for 2-1. In the final, the guests return to the attack and find a tie with Bianchi. Caicedo finds the 2000 class in the area with a bank and his left-hander slips under the crossbar for the 2-2 final.
