SASSARI. Two tests to start testing the legs and regain confidence with the parquet. First minutes of handball played for Raimond Handball Sassari, which is at work in view of the 2021-’22 season in the top flight.
On the parquet in Bolzano and Eppan, the boys led by coach Filiberto Kokuca defeated their respective hosts with scores of 31-30 and 30-25. Two balanced matches were staged, two good tests in which the rossoblù faced opponents who will play in the next Serie A1 championship.
The impressions recorded by coach Kokuca were positive. «Regardless of the positive result – said the coach -, certainly not the main aspect of these two days, I was satisfied with the physical condition reached by the boys. We are working a lot from this point of view and we have shown it. I also liked the defensive application, the team worked well showing great self-denial. The goal is to continue on this plot, aware of how much work still needs to be done and improved before the start of the season ».
