It hasn’t been a snowy season, yet there is still skiing in many locations until the end of the month. And the good news is that there are also many offers to be seized for the latest descents or perhaps a last-minute ski week. April offers many surprises throughout the Alps. Starting from the Aosta Valley: in Cervinia, where the winter season continues until May 1st, you can book seven days in the hotel including the skipass and one day for free starting from 688 euros. In the Monterosa Ski area until April 18 you can take advantage of the “Happy Ski” promotion: by booking your stay you have a discount on the ski pass of up to 35% to enjoy the slopes in the April sun.
Grand finale of the season also in the central Alps: Pontedilegno-Tonale and Livigno are the places where you can ski the longest, until May 1st. And even with some discounts. In the first station, staying in one of the affiliated accommodation facilities you receive a reduction of 20 to 50% on the ski pass from 3 to 8 consecutive days.
The skipass is even free in Livigno if you book the hotel or apartment (from 4 to 7 nights) starting from April 16th. At Montivas Lodge, for example, the perfect location for sports lovers, the offer also includes a rich weekly program of outdoor and wellness activities.
Also in Little Tibet there are very convenient ad hoc packages on the occasion of the “BTR Special Edition”, organized by Born to Ride from 21 to 25 April: you can choose between three different packages from 2, 3 to 4 nights with skipass included, starting from 239 euros.
The FreeSki package, or free ski pass with accommodation reservation, is also valid in Aprica until April 18 for a minimum stay of three nights. Until April 19 in Valchiavenna you can enjoy the late season snow on the slopes of Madesimo and Campodolcino with promotional holiday packages: accommodation and skipass starting from two days cost only 154 euros.
There is no shortage of offers in the Dolomites too. In the Dolomiti Superski area, as per tradition, you can book a white week with a free day of vacation: that is seven nights for the price of six and six days of skipass for the price of five, also ski school and equipment rental have special prices. It is the Supersun offer that concludes the season in style: the last ski area to close is that of Plan de Corones, on April 29th.
Convenient white week also in Val di Sole: up to 10 April with the “Spring Special” offer, the all-inclusive holiday starts at € 490, including accommodation and ski pass. And to top it off, families across the Alps can have one last ski trip while saving money in the Carinthian mountains: in Nassfeld / Pramollo until 18 April children up to 9 years of age ski for free and do not even pay for the room.
You can still ski well in the Engadine: at Lagalb the lifts are open until April 18th, at Corvatsch until April 24th and at Diavolezza even until May 8th (then summer opening hours will start from 9th). And if you go skiing with your family or in a group of friends (starting from 5 people) you have the discounted day.
