Paris, April 27, 2022 – The first public release of Emmanuel Macron after re-election. “We have to respond to people’s anger,” Macron said in speech held in front of the Eiffel Tower after the victory at ballot. He was referring to the millions of French who voted for the challenger in the elections Marine Le Pen, leader of the far right. Today Macron was in a working-class suburb, so it is likely that the tomatoes came from some socialist. But today’s walk at the market was an opportunity to get to know this anger closely and put good intentions into practice.
