Bologna, April 29, 2022 – After the extension of the mask obligation until June 15thin an order issued yesterday by the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranzawhich contains the recommendation to use the masks in public indoor places or places open to the public against the Covid without however foreseeing any specific obligationthe Minister for Public Administration, Renato Brunettasigned a circular addressed to all public administrations.

This circular contains general indications for a correct and homogeneous application of the order of Minister Speranza in public workplaces. It will be the responsibility of each administration to promptly impart the necessary operational measures, taking into account the concrete conditions of the workplace and of methods of carrying out the work performance of its employees.

The use of Ffp2 masks in public offices “is recommendedin particular, for the staff in contact with the public devoid of suitable protective barriers, for who is in line at the canteen or in others common areasfor those who share a room with ‘fragile’ staff, in elevators and in cases where the spaces cannot exclude crowds. “It can be read in circular issued on the use of the mask in public offices by the Ministry of Public Administration. There mask is recommended – according to what we read – for personnel who perform the service in rooms shared with one or more workers, even if there are only two of them, unless there are spaces that avoid crowding but also during face-to-face meetings. It should still be used if you are in the queue, even at bar or for enter the office and “in the presence of any symptomatology concerning the respiratory tract”.

Ffp2 mask: where it is still mandatory

However, the green certification will remain in force as a document certifying that you have been vaccinated against covid.
