Rome, 9 September 2021 – Decisive weeks for the MotoGP 2021. Fabio fourth rare try to Aragon the decisive extension for the world title. The Frenchman is on the run on his rivals, with Mir and Bagnaia chasing at a distance, waiting for Marc’s return to high levels Marquez, who carries with him, even for the future, the doubts about his arm. But it is Ducati above all that has to regain competitiveness and Aragon may be the right track to do so and trim the French, destined to win the title. In Spain there will also be the debut of Vinales on Aprilia, fresh from the Espargaro podium.
Circuit
The Aragon track is modern. It was built in 2010 on the idea of the architect Hermann Tilke, for a length of 5,077 kilometers and composed of 17 curves. In 2010 it was introduced in Moto gp and has a fairly slow first part up to turn 9, here starts a fast section made up of difficult stretches and braking sections, the S of turns 12 and 14, the latter leads onto the long straight opposite the pits which represents the main overtaking opportunity. In Moto GP, 23 laps will be covered for a total of 116 kilometers. Record lap for Jorge Lorenzo in 1’48”120.
