CAGLIARI. Cagliari Calcio, with a note published on its website, announces the achievement of an agreement with the Costim group, the primary Italian General Contractor who will support the Club as an industrial partner and builder, in the next stages of the path towards the construction of the new stage, which has reached a particularly significant stage.

Cagliari Calcio is confident, in compliance with the timing provided for by the administrative procedures in progress, that the works can be started in 2022 and completed in the following 24 months ».

“The choice – continues the note – was made after an accurate selection process, the result of analyzes and evaluations that involved a large number of potential top-level partners, based on reliability criteria, also taking into account the innovative profile of the company. company and the ability to satisfy in detail every requirement provided for by the applicable legislation, including the requirements dictated by law no. 147 of 27 December 2013 (the so-called “Stadium Law”). The Costim structure – with three supporting elements of overt solidity such as Impresa Percassi SpA, Gualini SpA and Elmet Srl – will allow to optimize and enhance all the processes inherent in the construction of the work, thanks to synergies and sharing of skills in parallel with Cagliari Calcio and other professionals involved.
