Cagliari Calcio, with a note published on its website, announces the achievement of an agreement with the Costim group, the primary Italian General Contractor who will support the Club as an industrial partner and builder, in the next stages of the path towards the construction of the new stage, which has reached a particularly significant stage.
“The involvement of Costim – an integrated and digitized industrial player, specialized in the realization of large” turnkey “real estate projects – allows to further strengthen the initiative in its technical and industrial fundamentals and represents a key step in the broader development of the project, both from a strategic and operational point of view – reads the press release -. Costim will work closely with Cagliari Calcio and Sportium in completing the Definitive Project and will participate, together with the Club, in the international public tender to be announced by the Municipality for the award of the intervention. Cagliari Calcio is confident, in compliance with the timing provided for by the administrative procedures in progress, that the works can be started in 2022 and completed in the following 24 months ».
