Nuoro, 16 July 2022 – Tragedy in Sardinia, in the late afternoon today: a 6 year old child drowned in the Cala Luas resort pool, in the coast of Cardedu in Ogliastra.
The baby has been seen annaspare from the parents who were on the edge of the tub. Rescue and the alarm to 118 were immediately available. The Areus helicopter took off from Olbia, but the doctors’ attempts to revive the child and save his life were in vain: the child died in the arms of the rescuers. The police arrived at the site of the tragedy to reconstruct the accident e ascertain any responsibilities.
