TOKYO. Two out of two in the group stage: Giada Rossi flies to the quarter-finals. In the second round of the Paralympic tournament, the ace from Poincicco di Zoppola in the Italian night easily beat the French Isabelle Lafaye Marziou for 3-0 (11-7, 13-11, 11-7 the partials), thus achieving the qualification in the singles tournament class 1-2.
Quarters tomorrow, Friday 27 August, with time and opponent to be defined. If Giada wins she will win a place on the podium and the medal.
