Pordenone against Ternana will also have the push of the ultras

by admin

Openings for a stadium in the city bring Supporters and Bandoleros back to the Teghil. “We will be with the team in Lignano to help them win salvation”

PORDENONE. The Pordenone will be able to count on a new, old one, pushed from the stands. The Supporters and the Bandoleros, the only two ultras groups that support the neroverdi, will return to the stadium after a very long break.

On Saturday, in the match against Ternana, they will be present at Teghil, a facility they have never entered. Their last live game dates back to March 2020, when the green lizards faced Juve Stabia in Friuli. After that, due to the pandemic, the championship stopped and was played for a long time behind closed doors.

The two formations had always boycotted Lignano for reasons related to the city’s identity. This year they had decided to “strike”, not even seeing the possibility of one day following their team in their city on the horizon.

However, they changed their minds after the words of Alessandro Ciriani, recently confirmed mayor. The latter, who in the past had always talked about a stadium that can only be built with private money, at the presentation of the council proposed the possibility of using special European funds for the construction of the structure.

The work would therefore be financed by entirely public money and therefore finally imaginable in a realistic way.

“Neroverdi fans, the statements released in recent days by the club and by the Municipality, convince us and reassure us that finally there is a concrete project to build a stadium in Pordenone, hoping and hoping that it is not the usual chatter – Supporters and Bandoleros wrote in a joint note -. For this reason, in line with what was written in the previous press release, we will return to support the team in Lignano, carefully viewing the evolution of the situation.

Furthermore, given the increase in capacity and the changes in the other Italian stadiums, we will return to follow the team also on the road, bringing our colors and banners throughout the boot. Now we will go back to those steps – they have closed -, to support the team and to help them win salvation! ».

For Massimo Rastelli’s team, but also for the club, having the ultras in the stands again (even in outdoor matches) is a great reinforcement given the delicate moment.

Pordenone is last and has just lost the clash with the former bottom side Vicenza right at home. In this circumstance, the area reserved for guests had sold out, with the final result that the support of the Vicenza supporters was much greater than that of the small home audience.

This is an aspect that led the president of the neroverde club Mauro Lovisa to express his disappointment after the match: the appeal made in the week before the match to have the fans at the stadium was not served.

On the part of the lizards, now, the task of giving their people a positive result but also of mending relations with the square, or at least with a slice of it.

It should be remembered that some of the members of the “Pn neroverde 2020” group, present away during this tournament, complained that they had not received the greeting at the end of the match from the players. The worst, in this respect, is behind us.

Pordenone will get back the warmest part of its cheering in Lignano. An aspect that can drag Camporese and his teammates to their first success of the season.
