Milan, 12 February 2022 – The draw between Napoli and Inter – which also has yet to recover a match against Bologna – gives the Milan the opportunity to hoist at least temporarily to the top of the standings. To place the overtaking against the cousins, however, the Rossoneri tomorrow at 12.30 (direct to Dazn) will have to overcome the rock Sampdoria. The milestone of the Rossoneri will still be the 4-2-3-1 deployed by coach Stefano Pioli: in front of the goalkeeper Maignan the defensive package will consist of Calabria, Tomori, Romagnoli and Florenzi who will replace the suspended Theo Hernandez, fresh from renewal. Bennacer and Tonali will instead be the couple in the middle while Messias, Brahim Diaz and Leao will act on the trocar who will have the task of supplying the Giroud tip with balls.

The former Rossonero Marco Giampaolo, who has recently returned to the Sampdoria bench, should instead opt for a 4-3-1-2: between the posts there is a runoff between Falcone and Audero with the second favorite over the first. Bereszynski, Ferrari, Colley and Murru should make up the back four of the defense. Candreva Rincon and Thorsby should instead form the triptych of midfield with Sensi on the trocar to be the finisher for the strikers Quagliarella and Caputo.
